How does it work
Connected to their Livebox, the Orange internet customer buys digital content whose amount will be charged on their internet bill.
Internet+ Box is available on all devices: computers, tablets and mobiles.
The products sold via Internet+ box:
- can be one-off or on subscription (weekly or monthly),
- are only digital goods and paperless services
Consumer protection
By default, multimedia purchases are authorized for all Orange mobile users, and blocked when they reach a maximum amount of €300.
If the end customer wants, before this limit is reached they can deactivate this option and authorize it again from the Orange customer space:
- “Contracts and options” section,
- then “Manage your offer and your options”
- and “Control your use”

Payment confirmation
The product price and name are set in advance by the publisher
The screen is displayed by Orange
The display is full screen by default
Transaction security
The customer is not implicitly recognised by the operator
Username and password authentication is required
The operation is used to confirm payment
Purchase summary
A confirmation email is sent to the internet account holder's address
The customer can enter an additional notification email address
Automatic redirection to the merchant page if the customer does not click “OK”
Delivery
Redirection to the merchant site delivery page
The purchase amount will appear on the customer’s internet bill
Pricing structure
The Internet+ box model is based on:
- the user being billed for the transaction by Orange
- the service publisher being reimbursed
The reimbursement amount depends on the amounts excl. VAT billed to users by Orange
- The service publisher bills Orange in the conditions defined in article 5 of the General Terms and Conditions:
| 82.5% | amount < €9.90 incl. VAT |
| 85% | €9.90 inc VAT ≤ amount ≤ €20.00 incl. VAT |
| 90% | €20.01 inc VAT ≤ amount ≤ €30.00 incl. VAT |
The maximum amounts are:
- €5 / week for a weekly subscription,
- €30 / month for a monthly subscription,
- €30 per one-off purchase.
Orange manages billing, reimbursement, and recovery.
Option to track and manage transactions involving your service via a statistics portal.
